Quick Explanation

The Tuneable Guitar allows you to choose the tuning of the guitar and which notes will be displayed. You also choose whether the display shows sharps or flats.

Acceptable input for string tuning can be any of the following:

C, C#, Db, D, D#, Eb, E, F, F#,
Gb, G, G#, Ab, A, A#, Bb, B.

Check the notes you want to see and voila! The changes should pop up almost instantly (I hope). Click on any single displayed note to make it disappear.

If you need to know any of the chord formulas, check this out.

Changes happen anytime you:

  1. Check or uncheck a note
  2. Change the Sharps/Flats choice
  3. Change a string tuning entry and then click outside the box
  4. Click on a single displayed note to make it disappear

You can use any good screen capture utility to take a permanent snapshot of the fretboard layout at any time.
